Our Guarantee

If you are unhappy with any product purchased from Monkswood Associates or CoachingCards.co.uk, just return it to us in its original condition (with the exception of the clear wrapping around one set of the cards) within 60 calendar days of purchase and we will issue a full 'no quibble' refund on your purchase on receipt of the returned product(s).

We recommend that you use some form of recorded delivery service so that you have evidence of posting the product(s) you are returning.

The process may take up to 10 working days following receipt of the returned product.
